As part of our lending practice, we have experience dealing with and advising on many kinds of unique collateral, including tax credits, airplanes, helicopters, railcars/rolling stock, barges/ships, agriculture, government receivables and intellectual property.
Our attorneys also regularly advise lenders regarding the creation, attachment, perfection and priority of security interests and other uniform commercial code issues. We provide guidance on statutory and common law liens that may impact the priority or enforcement of the lender’s expected security interest.
