Overview

Chioma Chukwu-Smith is an associate attorney in the firm’s litigation group. Chioma represents clients in a wide range of matters including contract disputes, business disputes, real estate disputes, general civil litigation, complex litigation, and commercial litigation. Her attention to detail, analytical skills, and dedication to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients set her apart as a trusted advocate in and out of the courtroom. Chioma is committed to providing personalized and strategic legal solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.

After completing her Juris Doctorate, Chioma clerked for the Missouri Court of Appeals Eastern District and then continued to expand her legal knowledge as a post-doctoral fellow at Saint Louis University School of Law, where she focused on advanced studies in employment law and litigation strategies. Following her fellowship, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the U.S. District Court – Eastern District of Missouri, where she gained invaluable experience in federal court procedures and honed her research and writing skills. With a strong academic background and hands-on experience in both judicial and academic settings, Chioma brings a unique perspective and depth of knowledge to her role as an associate in the firm’s litigation department.
