Overview

Patrick T. Wittenbrink focuses his practice in the areas of banking and finance, business law, estate planning, and real estate. Patrick provides estate planning and related services to privately held business owners and their families and represents borrowers and equity investors with the acquisition, financing, disposition and leasing of real estate.  He also has significant experience in wealth preservation through the preparation of revocable trusts, wills, living wills, powers of attorney, and real estate transfers.

Patrick’s finance practice includes the representation of borrowers and lenders in connection with the structuring, negotiation and documentation of commercial finance transactions.  He advises corporations and closely-held businesses on issues concerning formation and development planning, corporate governance, acquisitions, sales and the negotiation and documentation of business transactions.
