Overview

Nathan Wallace is an associate in the firm’s litigation group and focuses his practice on financial restructuring and bankruptcy. He represents both debtors and creditors as well as creditors’ committees and bankruptcy trustees. He advises clients on all aspects of complex bankruptcies, workouts, reorganizations, and debt restructuring.

Nathan is originally from Peoria, Illinois and earned a merit-based, full-tuition scholarship to attend St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa where he received his B.A. in accounting, summa cum laude. He received his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis where he was Staff Editor of the Global Studies Law Review.
