Meg Marshall Thomas concentrates her practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Trademark Law.
Meg advises families and individuals on a wide variety of their estate planning needs, including management and organization consultancy services. She performs trust administration and investment performance analysis for individual, family, corporate, and private foundation trusts.
Meg also works on matters relating to Trademark Law. She conducts clearance searches, prosecution of applications, and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
Prior to joining Carmody MacDonald, Meg worked on all aspects of domestic and international trademark law at a national intellectual property law firm.
