Overview

Jenna Kopff joined Carmody MacDonald in 2016 and is a paralegal in the firm’s Homeowner and Condominium Association Law group. She works directly with HOA and COA clients on their collection matters, including delinquent assessments and assistance with bankruptcy, estate and probate, foreclosure, and garnishment/execution issues. She also provides paralegal support to the attorneys to help associations’ enforcement of their governing documents, including indentures, declarations, by-laws, rules, regulations and policies as well as defense of lawsuits brought against associations.
