James’ experience includes extensive work in matrimonial litigation involving complex financial issues, real estate, closely-held business interests and valuation disputes, as well as considerable experience in high-conflict child custody cases. James has authored and co-authored numerous appellate briefs in a wide variety of family law contexts, as well as other civil litigation. James also collaborates with other Carmody MacDonald trial attorneys in family law matters and in business litigation.
James has more than 30 years of litigation experience and has concentrated in family law for more than 25 years. James has represented numerous individuals in widely diverse domestic relations litigation, including considerable appellate practice.
