Dave Stoeberl concentrates his practice in commercial litigation. Dave’s work has been recognized by:

In addition to commercial cases that include the prosecution and defense of business tort and contract claims, Dave has extensive experience litigating a variety of other disputes in such areas as employment, real estate, bankruptcy, mass tort, and professional liability defense.

He has handled matters in both state and federal courts, with cases ranging from derivative and class actions, adversary and contested proceedings in bankruptcy courts, to arbitrations and mediations. His clients include Fortune 500 companies, closely-held businesses and individuals.

Dave earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Woolsack and editor-in-chief of the Saint Louis University Public Law Review. He earned his B.A., summa sum laude, from Saint Louis University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
