Overview

Brennan Connor is in the firm’s Business Services group and focuses his practice on taxation, business law, estate planning and real estate.

Before joining Carmody MacDonald, Brennan worked at a major, international accounting firm and was an associate at another St. Louis area law firm. He has experience advising clients regarding the state tax consequences of mergers, acquisitions, and internal restructurings, choice of entity and federal tax reform. He has also represented clients in audits and administrative appeals before the Internal Revenue Service and state and local taxing authorities. Brennan utilizes his tax background to help clients achieve their business objectives.

Brennan earned his J.D. from University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and a Masters of Law in taxation from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
