Overview

Annemarie Daiker focuses on corporate law and transactions, guiding her clients through estate planning, business law, banking and finance, and real estate matters. She has been a full-time attorney at Carmody MacDonald since 2023, transitioning from her role as a summer associate.

Annemarie holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Missouri – Columbia. She earned her Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University, where she distinguished herself as a Dean’s Scholar, Co-President of the Women Law Students’ Association, and a Teaching Fellow for Introduction to Legal Studies. Annemarie also successfully completed all sections of the CPA Exam, achieving the designation of Certified Public Accountant. Before law school, Annemarie gained valuable experience through internships with several large accounting firms.
