Overview

Jarred Boyer is an attorney in the firm’s litigation group, where he represents clients in a wide range of complex civil disputes. His practice concentrates on construction litigation, where he advises and defends owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in matters involving contract disputes, project delays, defects, payment claims, and professional liability issues. Jarred has litigated commercial construction disputes in state courts and federal courts, as well as mediated and arbitrated disputes throughout the country.

Jarred has significant experience advising clients throughout the construction process and providing guidance as to best practices in matters such as contracting, risk management, and preservation of claims.

In addition to his construction practice, Jarred handles general commercial litigation, including real estate, employment, and contract matters. He works closely with clients to understand their business objectives, identify risks, and develop practical strategies that align with their goals.

Jarred is known for his thorough preparation, clear communication style, and commitment to achieving efficient and effective outcomes for his clients.

A 2021 graduate of University of Missouri Law School, Jarred has spent time as a member of the in-house legal team for an industry leading national architecture, engineering, design-build and construction firm handling all aspects of operational and dispute-related matters.
