Overview

Ben Davisson joined Carmody MacDonald in 2024 and is an attorney in the firm’s estate planning practice group. He advises clients on a wide range of matters including estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, wealth preservation, and business succession planning. Collaborating closely with clients and their professional advisors, he crafts comprehensive estate plans designed to be both effective and efficient, aiming to minimize income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.

Ben earned his law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law where he received a full-tuition scholarship and graduated in the top 10% of his class.
