Rich has significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and guiding clients through all aspects of a real estate transaction.
Rich additionally assists clients on corporate mergers and acquisitions, where he negotiates and drafts deal documents, including purchase and sale agreements, disclosure schedules, closing and ancillary documents, and conducting due diligence reviews.
