Overview

Samuel C. Freedlund is a member of the firm’s Litigation group. He focuses his practice in bankruptcy and general civil litigation, where he represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of business disputes. Many of his litigation matters involve contract disputes, construction bonds, business and individual loan workouts, debtor/creditor rights, and complex civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he interned for the United States Attorney’s Office in the Northern District of Illinois, worked for a private law firm in Chicago, and clerked for the Honorable Ryan T. Holte on the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. Sam is admitted to practice law in the states of Missouri and Illinois as well as the federal courts in the Eastern District of Missouri, Western District of Missouri, and Southern District of Illinois.
