Overview

Jarred focuses his practice in general civil litigation. He represents business owners and individuals in commercial, construction, contract, shareholder disputes and more. He is also involved with probate litigation and conservator cases as well as represents clients in litigation matters involving trusts and estates, powers of attorney, guardianships and conservatorships, and elder abuse.

A 2021 graduate of University of Missouri Law School, Jarred served as a Teaching Fellow instructing first year law students on Contracts. Jarred served as research assistant at University of Missouri and Washington University in St. Louis for multiple professors analyzing US cases and International arbitration awards in commercial disputes as well as editing an Entertainment Law textbook and researching federal and state constitutional issues. He also shadowed a judge in the City of Columbia Municipal Court in Boone County, Missouri where he observed arraignments, motion hearings, and trials.
