Overview

Amelia Bresette focuses her practice in business law, including corporate, real estate, and lending transactions. She represents public and private companies in a wide variety of transactions and general corporate matters. Amelia also represents purchasers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions and borrowers and lenders in loan transactions. Prior to joining Carmody MacDonald as an associate in 2022, Amelia participated in the firm’s summer associate program and worked as a law clerk during her second and third years of law school. Amelia graduated cum laude from Washington University School of Law, where she served as a senior editor for the Washington University Law Review.
