Amelia Bresette focuses her practice in business law, including real estate, commercial lending, and corporate transactions. Amelia is able to guide clients through real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and sale-leasebacks. She also advises lenders of all sizes on structuring, documenting, negotiating, and closing real estate loans and commercial and industrial loans.

In addition, Amelia assists clients on corporate mergers and acquisitions, where she conducts due diligence reviews and drafts deal documents, including purchase and sale agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary documents.

Originally from Kansas City, Amelia received her B.S. in Economics from the University of Missouri – Columbia and her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.
