New Carmody MacDonald Sign Goes Up on Clayton Office Tower as Firm Expands to Become Building’s Largest Tenant

A new Carmody MacDonald P.C. sign has gone up on the exterior of a high-rise office tower, known as the PNC Center, at 120 S. Central Avenue in downtown Clayton after the law firm recently expanded its space inside the building to include more than 40,000 square feet over three floors.

Carmody MacDonald moved into the PNC Center in 2004 and has occupied the entire 17th and 18th floors since 2015. The firm recently leased approximately 8,000 square feet of additional space on the 6th floor, becoming the building’s largest tenant.

The new lighted sign is located near the building’s main entrance on Central Avenue and faces the St. Louis County Government Center, home of the St. Louis County Courts.

“We are expanding and investing in our office space because our attorneys thrive on collaborating in person on important legal matters affecting our clients’ lives and businesses,” said Kevin Cushing, a managing partner of the firm. “Also, since many of our valued clients prefer coming to our Clayton office, our new sign facing the county courthouse is symbolic of our growth and a source of pride for our team.”
