Justin A. Welply, a skilled commercial litigator with a focus on business disputes, real estate, construction, and fiduciary/trust litigation, has joined Carmody MacDonald P.C. as a partner. Justin has extensive experience with jury and bench trials earning favorable outcomes for clients, depositions of parties, fact and expert witnesses, and temporary and preliminary injunctions and mandamus. He is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Illinois.

Justin earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Saint Louis University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky.
