David M. Fedder Joins Carmody MacDonald P.C. as a New Partner

David M. Fedder, a prominent real estate and commercial litigation attorney with nearly 30 years of experience at national firms, has joined Carmody MacDonald P.C. as a partner. Among other things, David is known for handling high profile eminent domain and property rights cases, including interstate natural gas pipeline projects in numerous state and federal jurisdictions, including Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Ohio, and West Virginia.

David earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Saint Louis University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
